What happens after you book with us?
We talk it through. On your strategy call, we map out what your site needs to say and do, so nothing gets built on guesswork.
STEP 1
You send us what we need. Copy, photos, your logo, whatever your tier calls for.
STEP 2
We build. DWY sites are delivered in 2 weeks. DFY sites are delivered in 4 weeks.
STEP 3
You review and we revise. DWY includes 1 round of revisions, DFY includes up to 2. Want it polished further than that? You can book additional design hours with us to get the project exactly right.
STEP 4
You launch. We hand off a site that's ready to go live, along with the tutorials and resource library to keep managing it yourself.

You might be wondering….
Does the package price cover everything I need to go live?
The package covers the design work itself. You'll also need a Squarespace plan to publish and host your site, and a domain if you don't already own one. As a G&G client, you get 20% off your first annual Squarespace plan, so that part's a little easier.
What if I already have a live website?
No problem. We can install your new template pages into the hidden, not-linked section of your current Squarespace site, so nothing goes live until you're ready. You'll be able to customize everything and move it into your navigation whenever the moment's right. This option doesn't include migrating existing content like blog posts, so if you've got an archive you want carried over, let's talk through that separately.
I don't have a logo yet.
Can I still start?
A logo built specifically for you is worth doing right, and that's exactly what our Logo + Branding packages are for. [See Logo + Branding options] and we'll get your visual identity built first, then bring you back here when it's time for the site to match.
What if my copy isn't ready when we start?
That's more common than you'd think, and it won't hold up your launch. Before we begin, you'll get our Website Content Workbook, built to get everything in your head onto the page, page by page, and our Copy Bank Template, a place to collect the words, phrases, and stories that already sound like you. Between the two, most women find the words come easier than they expected. If you're still working through it once building starts, we'll use placeholder copy in the meantime, and because you're working with us, you get an extended 6-month trial period on your new template to finish your words at your own pace after handoff.
Do I need to be available while you're building?
Mostly just for approvals and feedback on revisions. We handle the actual building, you weigh in when there's something to react to.
Will you set up my email platform or booking system?
No, external integrations like email marketing platforms or booking and calendar tools aren't included in DWY. DFY includes social account integrations, but not email platform setup. If you need that built out too, Create Email List is the natural next step once your site is live.
What kind of support do I get after launch?
Every client gets access to our full video resource library, so you're equipped to make your own edits with confidence. DFY clients also get 14 days of follow-up support after going live. Beyond that, ongoing help is available through retainer hours whenever you need an extra pair of hands.
